By J.t. Dillon

Whether you are a person that suffers from bronchitis or not and whether you suffer from any kind of condition or not the fact remains that one of the best things a person can do to enhance the human condition and that includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual condition is to learn how to breathe correctly and deeply.

Let's face it we live in a polluted world and that does not look like that is going to end anytime soon! People that are completely physically healthy in most respects are finding it harder to breathe on planet Earth all the time. How do you think it is for people with a lung condition?

Most of us do not breathe correctly, nor do we breathe deeply. Most of us are upper lung breathers never taking the time to breathe into the middle or lower lobes of the lungs, therefore never truly utilizing the full capacity of our lungs.

If we don't breathe correctly, then we do not oxygenate our bodies fully! Therefore Learning how to do deep breathing can only benefit us in the long run and if you have a lung condition such as asthma or bronchitis then learning deep breathing exercise can certainly benefit you.

There are many benefits to learning deep breathing exercise. Here is just some of the benefits that deep breathing exercise can give to you.

1. Increased oxygen supply
2. Gentle expansion of lung tissue to aid in lung elasticity
3. Strengthening of the diaphragm
4. With fluids can aid in loosening "old mucus."
5. Increased concentration
6. Increased blood flow to the entire body and brain
7. Feel more alert

10.Increased metabolism.
11.More oxygen and faster recovery time during physical exertion
